We always have the best experience at our appointments. Everyone is always so nice and pleasant. Amy, the lady who does the insurance, is always super helpful! We love The Happy Tooth and would recommend it to anyone!
They are all very friendly and professional. They took the time to talk with my son (who was VERY nervous ) and explain each procedure. They were very punctual and presented everything with a positive attitude and a smile!
We were very pleased with our 6 yr old son's visit. Dr. L and Tiffany were wonderful with Levi. He is usually nervous when it's time for a dental visit, but this time he was a brave boy. They made him laugh and kept asking how he was doing. Dr. L also kept saying what a great job Levi was doing. We all were very happy with our visit, and very thankful for the kindness and patience from the staff at The Happy Tooth. We would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone of any age.
Very upset. Used to love the happy tooth. My daughter had a return appointment for a cleaning that they scheduled the last time we were there. Went in today and the lady at the front desk was very rude. She said that she shouldn't be back for another month and it was all my fault. I politely asked how did this happen. She responded with "it's not our fault you don't know when your child's appointment was" first of all I have an email reminder of my daughter's appointment. And secondly it was six months. She was very rude and walked away while I was talking to her. I had to take the day off work, took my daughter out of school early for there mess up that they couldn't be polite about. Asked to talk to the supervisor and she won't be in till Monday. I will definitely will be calling back on Monday and let her know how rude the lady at the front was.
