One of the managers named Crystal gave me her word that her guys would get my old furniture out of my house and onto my porch. Well, I asked her about this twice. She assured me she could. When the guys came out one had an attitude but he did apologize which was good but she actually hang up on me on the phone because they had another appointment. The hanging up was very unprofessional. I will not be doing business with them again once I get them paid off. I believe that because Crystal hung up on me she should at least apologize for that. That was ridiculous. I've never dealt with a furniture company who couldn't do this and couldn't do that. They charge ridiculously high prices and my first computer was horrible. She told me she refurbished it and it wasn't at all. They will tell you anything to get your money.
I rented a laptop from this location. I had it nearly a year, and I ended up going to the hospital and was out of work for a short period of time. The manager of the store called me and talked to me like a dog. I was under so much stress, which is why I had to go to hospital, I went out of town. This guy was not happy that I could not pay him what I owed. Didn't even bother to ask me what the problem was or what was going. I told him I wasn't doing so well, and he then went on about getting his money and his property back. For one, I'm the guy with the money and if you want it, you will work with me, i don't give a rats ass if you don't like it. Two, it is not your property, It is my property under contract with the lease, other wise, it is RENT A CENTER property. I returned the laptop a few days later. This situation has reflected on my current business with them. I have had three phone calls from them since then to get me back as a customer. The 1st time, i asked nicely to not call me again that I did not want their business. The 2nd time, I got more firmer in my response simply stating that Rent a Center needs to stop acting like they are #1 because they ain't, and NOT to call me again. Now, the 3rd time, today. I believe I got the point across, I am not going to repeat myself a 4th time.

Lincoln and Mark are always cutting up with you and to remember you or hear your voice and know exactly who you are what you have and what is owed right off the bat is amazing! Most places you go to pay your bills it is in and out but here they make you wanna stay they make you feel at home! Keep up the good work guys!
