I ordered two dozen roses in a glass vase for a funeral. The roses were so spectacular that the family sent me a photo of the flowers--really gorgeous--I think it lifted their spirits just a little. On a 0 - 10 scale, I give this florist a 10 for creating the arrangement and a 12 for being personable and helpful--really an excellent experience.
I use this florist ALL the time. They are the nicest people to deal with, I have had NOTHING but the BEST customer service from them. My girlfriend loves the arrangements they make. I understand that they may not always have the exact flowers that are pictured but they ALWAYS make beautiful arrangements. I WILL continue to use this florist, no doubt!
I ordered the Let It Snow Deluxe and requested no substitutions. the morning they were to be delivered I received a call that the white alstroemeria did not come in and was ask if I would like white roses or white carnations. I stressed that I did not want carnations however I would be okay with the white roses. He assured me the arrangement would be as nice if not nicer than the picture. Let it be said that when I saw the arrangement that night I was not impressed. There were absolutely no red roses or berries in the arrangement and it was extremely small. I called the florist the next day to express how upset I was to have spent that amount of money and did not receive the arrangement that I ordered. I was told that the price we paid through this website was high and they can usually make the same arrangements for around 25-30 dollars and the only thing he could do would be to go to my mother in law's house and add the red roses. Well it has been two days and still no red roses. Needless to say I will never order from them again
