Not the most comfortable bed. But that might just be my opinion (it was a hard mattress). Otherwise, staff was very nice. Room was clean and modern looking. Great breakfast in the morning. They have free coffee at all times in the lobby, which I really enjoyed. Pool was closed so can't comment on that. Business office has 2 computers and a printer. I was able to print off some documents very easily. Within walking distance of a lot of restaurants.
Absolutely loved this hotel. They upgraded us to a king suite upon our arrival. The room was new, large and beautiful. We visited Shelton vineyard for a wine tasting and lunch. That was an unexpected delight. The owner of this hotel also owns this vineyard and the vineyards are so picturesque! A great anniversary trip!
Loved this hotel!!! The staff was lovely, the room was beautiful! The bed was so comfortable it felt like a cloud. I rarely leave reviews for places I go, but this hotel was just wonderful. Definitely hope to go back!
They charged me twice for a room, one of the charges being $20 more than the room was. They tell me they have no clue why it charged me $20 extra and they will not be refunding the extra $20. They also said I'd be refunded to my card within 72 hours and that was well over a week ago. Called my card company, said they see nothing where Hampton had issued a release or refund. Beware!
Best customer service I have ever had at a hotel! Rooms were extra clean. Staff was awesome!
