Park has nice playground for young kids, soccer fields and covered picnic area. There are 2 unisex bathrooms in the picnic area. I've been here twice to get on the Ararat Greenway trail. Easy trail access, lots of parking
Fantastic playground for grandbabies toddlers and up. I love the walking trail and we have been known on a hot day to take a dip in the river . But best of all I like to take a few hours sometimes and sit under the picnic area to bead and watch the squirrels!
Great park with dividers for older and younger children. Nice newer equipment with a border. Cool atmosphere and a shaded area at playground. Plenty of picnic tables at two separate locations. Accessible bathrooms. Walking trail next to river (Riverside haha).
Great Park! The best in the area. Great updated kids area. with Skate Park. Shelter Area with lots of tables and clean restroom facilities. Very nice walking trail nearby beside the river. Kids love the new upgrades, plenty to do!
Nice park with playground. There are several swings and an area for little kids. The equipment was just replaced, so everything is very nice. There's a fenced in basketball court and a skate park. The restroom faulty is usually clean and is connected to a large pavilion area. Perhaps the nicest part is the creek that runs along the other side of the parking lot and the trail that starts there. Kurt goes several miles around the city.
I rode 3.5 miles south to where the trail turned and started following highway 52. I turned back then to avoid riding near the highway. The trail was very nice with good views of the creek.
