The customer is appreciated and respected. We were immediately waited on and when more customers entered staff was added. The service was very personal and professional. They made sure the visit was fun and informative. Traxx has a treadmill connected to a computer and we were able to test several shoe options and then review the various effects of our gate, impact and pressure points among other things. The staff was patient and wanted to provide the best shoes for our exercise preferences.
