Pricey but well worth it. You have to squish a burger just to take a bite. My daughter loves the wings. And if you go with a large group I'd recommend getting the unlimited basket of chips. For desert... OMG the skillet cookie is heaven!
Great wings, of course. If you you like wings with a lot of sauce then this is the place for you. They were out of the beer I wanted but had a great back up. Good suggestions on food by the server. Only complaint was the at they were out of wet naps but they supplied enough napkins to make up for it.
It was a Saturday night and I am guessing they were understaffed. The service was poor and slow. This happened to me at the location near Battleground Ave. in the afternoon in the middle of the week as well. I quit going to that location due to the slow service. I am guessing I'll have to do the same with the Mt. Airy location. I have never waited so long to get my check. I waited half an hour to give them my money. The food was good but I think my body had time to digest the house made chips before my wings came out and then digest the wings while waiting for the check. If you have nowhere else to be and have plenty of apps on your phone or people to talk to to keep you occupied during your wait, then give this location a try. If not, purchase eggs and an incubator, Grow the chicks to full grown chickens, make your own sauce and make your own wings. It will be much faster
The food is really good......... better than the King location. But the wait time is not. We went in there a couple of months ago and waited so long we finally left and went to the Italian place next door........which was really good btw. We decided to try again last night and we were almost ready to do the same thing when finally a waitress came to our table. Both visits we got no greeting, acknowledgement or any indication that we entered the place or they were going to wait on us. Frankly, everybody working in there looked miserable. I understand it's hard to keep up a pace when you're busy but neither time looked like a lot was happening as this was around 7 or so on a Monday evening. Mostly not all of the tables were occupied but it's a small place. I can't imagine what a weekend night would be like. The wait time for our food was probably about average considering when we've called in a carry out order in the past they tell us it will be about 20 or 25 minutes. We waited about 20 minutes. Once we got our food our waitress was pretty much attentive, not overly friendly by any means but it did look like there was only 2 waitresses working. One more probably would've helped.
It was great. Hot waitresses with wings just as smoking. All kinds of beer on tap as well.
