Very nice and great food. Service always above average. We eat there often.
We have always visited this restraunt when we come to Mt. Airy, NC. There have been times when we have left and not been happy for the service or the food a long day at the doctor's office we decided to treat ourselves to Ruby Tuesday's. Wow from the greeters at the front to the fast service and the cook was great tonight. We were happy not to go home and cook, do dishes but just to relax. All the staff was great but our waiter I must say made eating out very relaxing. He was quick, prompt, knowledgeable and can dance a good dance. When the meal was over he thanked us and shook our hands... and for once in a very long time I did not mind footing a bill to eat out.... So I want to say thank you to someone who is disabled and can not walk so well or do the things she used to do .... Ben was my hands and feet tonight... I left with a great meal, great people and a great restaurant ... Just like a restaurant should be... I sure hope they keep all those people there because it was well worth our trip... and they are a great team.... Well done... and Ben keep smiling and dancing you never know what joy as a waiter you may bring to the next person who is having a hard time.... now can you move this restrauant to King, NC and this staff.... thank again you guys are all "Stars" in our book...
I took my mom here for her birthday tonight. The bar tender was our waiter, who indeed was very rude with no personality. He got our drinks mixed up. He didn't speak hardly, mainly head nods. Nothing was wrong with his speech considering he spoke to others sitting at the bar. The smell coming from the kitchen area was awful, what seemed to be a funk mix between washing dishes and trash. Total experience was gross.
The salad bar was well stocked and very clean. My entre (petite sirloin) was well prepared and served quickly. Our waitress was attentive without hovering.
Our dinner was great however, our waitress, who's name is Kenlei, tried to steal part of the change I was due. I caught it and it was odd that she seemed to have what I was owed in her pocket instead of returning to the register to correct the mistake. If she will do that with cash, I can only imagine what she would do with a credit card!! Be aware folks!!!
All in all a great casual dining experience.
